The app

CubeCursor works on your local network. Your keystrokes, mouse movements, clipboard and files go directly between your PCs and are never sent to us.

Error reports

If you turn on “Send error reports” in the app (you are asked once and can change it any time in Settings), the app sends us a report when something goes wrong: the problem, the app’s own recent log, the app version and your operating system. Before anything is sent, computer names, network addresses, user folders and web addresses are removed, and your computer is identified only by a one-way code we cannot trace back to you. Reports never contain what you type, copy or send. We use them only to find and fix bugs, keep them for 90 days and then delete them. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by turning the setting off.

The website

We store your email address, your license key and the names of the PCs a key is activated on, so we can deliver your download and check your license. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details. Accounts and data are stored with Supabase.
